Planning Services Customer Survey
Within the Planning Service we recognise the need to improve our service so we’re asking our customers to tell us what is important to them.
We’re hoping that a whole range of existing or previous customers, including individual householders, architects, developers, objectors or interested third parties will take five minutes to complete our customer survey. It will provide us with vital information about the sort of service that Islanders want.
The survey only relates to the Planning Service, it does not relate to the Building Control Service or building bye-laws applications.
We will use the information provided to help us review and, where necessary, re-design our services. If you wish, we’ll write to you once we’ve analysed the results of the survey to tell you what we’ve found out and what we intend to do about it.
